Canyon Pines RV Winter Storage

CPRV’S monthly storage program is valid for winter months only, from November 1, ending on March 31. Any RV, boat, etc. that is left after April 1st without permission may be considered abandoned and may be towed off CPRV’S property at owner’s expense. I/We understand and agree that my RV/Boat/Cargo trailer, etc., will be removed from CPRV’S property no later than April 1st, without prior arrangement being made. CPRV will make all efforts to work with anyone in the winter storage program that may need a little more time to remove their trailers.

I/We understand and accept that monthly rent is due on the 1st of every month and no later than the 5th of every month, in the amount of $75.00. Due to the number of untimely payments, we have now put into place a late fee. Any payment received after the 5th of the month, there will be a $5.00 late fee added to your storage. Any payment received after the 10th of the month, there will be a $10.00 late fee added to your storage.

I/we understand and accept Canyon Pines RV Resort Limitation of Liability policy that is on the Guest Registration card. Canyon Pines RV Resort reserves the right to refuse service to ANYONE.

STORE AND STAY USE AGREEMENT

I/We understand that there is a fee of $25.00 plus tax for a total of $27.00 for all overnight stays. Rates include 4 people, 1 RV with tow. Additional persons and vehicles are $5/day each plus taxes for a total of $5.40. Day use of your RV is also considered an overnight stay and the same overnight fee applies, even if you are not going to stay in your RV overnight.

The use of space heaters, electric fireplaces or similar items are STRICKLY PROHIBITED, unless you are in a metered site and agree to pay for the extra in power use.

I also agree to use the self-check-in envelopes located at the front of the store and the drop box or check in with the office, the same day/night that you are using your RV. If you are unsure of how many days you will be staying, use more self-check in envelopes as needed.

The shower/restroom codes are subject to change at any time. You will need to email us at info@canyonpinesrv.com prior to arrival for full access to all amenities provided during the winter months. You may also call us 208-628-4006 for more information. Please keep in mind that our phone lines are not staffed when the country store/ office is closed. If you need propane and if we are available, we will fill your propane tanks when we are closed.

Our country store/office will close mid-November and not reopen until April 1^st. There will be either the owners or a camp host on site most of the time.

STORE AND STAY POWER POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I/We understand and accept that during winter storage and/or the store and stay program my RV/boat will not be connected to power when I/we are not paying to stay in the RV. I/We further understand and accept that it is my responsibility to disconnect my power when I/we leave, and that Canyon Pines will shut off the power in the event I/we forget to disconnect.

___ I/we am/are in a metered site and wish to have my RV plugged in at all times. I/we also understand and accept to pay the monthly power charges on top of the monthly storage at the rate of .15 cents per kilowatt hour. (Initial if desired)

I/we will not hold Canyon Pines RV/owners responsible for any/all damages (food loss etc.) due to power being disconnected, weather or sudden/unexpected loss of power.
